No. The Airshare Flight Services team will take care of all aspects of hiring and managing the flight crew. It is vitally important that you are comfortable and confident with your flight crew members. You will always have final approval on the crews dedicated to your aircraft. We continually strive to hire pilots and management staff who possess professional competence and a personal demeanor that give you that level of comfort and confidence.

Our experienced in-house maintenance staff will manage and perform the majority of all required maintenance on your aircraft at our facility. Routine maintenance inspections will be coordinated with you to determine times to minimize the impact on your flight schedule. Due to our impeccable reputation within the industry, we have the trust of manufacturers who regularly seek input from us on insights and troubleshooting relating to their aircraft. We will share this same information with you, as maintaining safety and optimal performance is always our highest priority.

With as little as 15 hours of charter flights per month, we can offset as much as 40% of your annual operational budget. There is no limit to the number of hours you can charter your aircraft, and with Airshare, you also have the benefit of leveraging our customer base’s demand to drive even more charter.

All crewmembers are trained in strict accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration regulations. The comprehensive training required by the FAA incorporates the use of a full motion simulator to create emergency scenarios for the flight crew, and allows pilots to be prepared and well-trained to handle unlikely emergency situations.
