LENEXA, Kan. – Airshare confirms its commitment to customer safety by renewing its ARGUS Platinum rating. Today, the fractional, charter, and aircraft management provider announces that ARGUS International has renewed EAS and its subsidiary Executive Flight Services Platinum rating for the third consecutive audit since obtaining the original certification in 2018.

The ARGUS Platinum rating is the highest safety rating awarded by ARGUS for business aviation operators. It is awarded only to those air carrier operators who have successfully implemented industry best safety practices related to all aspects of the operation.

“Renewing our ARGUS Platinum rating for the third consecutive audit confirms Airshare’s commitment to safety for its customers, employees, and stakeholders,” says Jared Porter, Airshare Director of Safety. “It is a testament to our Safety Management System (SMS) and the safety culture we have built within our operation.”

A SMS is essentially a quality management approach to controlling risk. It provides the organizational framework to construct and support a sound safety culture that actively controls risk exposure for all aspects of the operation. SMS is the internationally accepted framework for aviation safety and is required by regulation for airlines but optional in business aviation.

Airshare’s President and CEO, John Owen, added, “Safety is always at the forefront at Airshare. We continually foster and enhance our safety culture to achieve the highest standards for our customers and employees.”
